Comments

We enjoy a variety of projects in all areas of the Okanagan Valley. This project is in Rutland and was rezoned from the RU1zone to the RU2zone to facilitate a two lot subdivision. A variance to the front lot line was successfully negotiated with the council. It is always encouraging to work with people as they develop and plan for the future.
